Returns & Exchanges

At MaggieFrames, we want you to love how your memories are displayed. If you are not completely satisfied with your frame purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to request a return or exchange and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the frame in its original packaging, including all protective foam and inserts, to ensure it arrives back to us undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
